ABOUT IP SHEPHERDS

The Intellectual Property (IP) Practice was initiated by J Suresh, an experienced practitioner of IP Laws, to provide a handholding techno-legal support to clients in their creative endaevour.

The techno-legal services encompass Patents, Designs, Trademarks, Copyrights and Geographical Indications. A comprehensive techno-legal solutions to the technical problems is provided in various technical disciplines, along with the appropriate IP protection, under "PatProTech".

Value-added services such as Legal Support for Technology Transfer and monetization of IP, in various geographies, is also offered.
